Continuing to experiment....this Chardonnay barrel aged, high gravity golden kettle sour, aged on apricot & white peach for nine months. This beer blurs the line between Wine and Beer. Employing wine making techniques and enzymes in the fermentation process this beer created notes of apricot , peach, pear and hints of green apple with a dry, well rounded finish. A curious Beer for the curious Wine drinker.

Continuing to experiment....this Red Zinfandel barrel aged, high gravity golden kettle sour, was aged on black & blueberries for nine months. This beer blurs the line between Wine and Beer. Employing wine making techniques and enzymes in the fermentation process this beer created a nose of raspberry & black cherry. Tasting jammy notes of blackberry & blueberries, with a medium dry, well rounded finish. A curious Beer for the curious Wine drinker
